So I don't teach "eat this and you'll slim down" or "do this and you're guaranteed to lose weight." Instead, we restore the breath, listen to what your body is saying, and find what you need right now. It can look like the long way around — and I believe in it.

Is it really free? Are there hidden costs later?
Yes — the session is completely free. There are no charges during or after it. Only if you'd like to continue will we share plan options, and considering them is entirely up to you.
I'm not athletic and don't have much stamina.
That's perfectly fine. We start from breath and posture — there are no intense workouts. This is especially suited to women in their 40s–50s who don't exercise regularly or feel unsure about their fitness.
Can I join if I'm not used to online calls?
Absolutely. We meet over Zoom, and after you book we'll send simple, illustrated instructions for joining. You're welcome to keep your camera off.
I'm nervous about being pressured to buy.
We never push or ask you to commit on the spot. If it doesn't feel right, please feel free to pass — no pressure at all.
How long does the session take?
About 60 minutes — including listening to your story, making sense of where you are, outlining a plan, and a short breathing exercise you can try on the spot.
